World IA Day is looking for organizers - experienced or new - to help us celebrate information architecture on
8 March 2025!
If you have strong leadership skills and are excited to organize a celebration for your community, submit your application!
Local organizers are notified on a rolling basis, usually within 2 weeks of applying.

If you have experience planning events, that's great! If this would be your first time organizing an event, welcome to the community! We have a strong network of event organizers to help guide, mentor, and share resources.
This will let us know how much event planning assistance you might need.
You don't need to share a full list of your event planning experience; we want to have a sense of how much support you'll need in event planning and organizing.
We know that there are many communities out there. We're curious about why you want to organize a local World IA Day event and how that might contribute to conversations in your community.
